New animal welfare guidelines in the UK. It will be interesting to see what the guidelines actually say, though I do know that if I had a litterbox for each cat, there would be more litterboxes than space! :)
Blah, IMo they should instead increase the penalty for animal abuse. Why waste time catching people who don't walk their dogs? On the bright side, McCain/Palin lost the election. Bye bye and good riddance
Guidelines could be written by one of my cheeky cats for a laugh on one of those boring days when no one's around to provide mental stimulation ;)
