Change in AVA leadership

Interesting - there's going to be a change in the CEO at AVA. Hopefully the new CEO and Director-General will be more open to TNRM.

    Yes hopefully there will be a paradigm shift in improving the welfare of the "strays". I have heard that the current CEO "personally" has negative attitude towards TRM.
