this is simply amazing to read dawn. If a urban city can be tolerant towards coyotes, why can't we be tolerant towards an animal as small, as harmless and as wonderful and gorgeous as cats.
I've been reading your blog for awhile and have started a blog. I lifted the word community from reading your blog and hope with its frequent use, many will come to consider these wonderful cats and dogs as part of us.

I first heard someone use the word community animals at the Asia for Animals Conference a few years ago so it's not 'my' phrase in any way. Glad you're using it and paving the way for more people to realise that animals are in our communities to stay.
