Dogs on subways

Just imagine a dog trying this in Singapore - it's very interesting to hear that some of the dogs don't even miss stops.

I am truly amazed and impressed by the tolerance level of the Russians. I would say they are very generous. This will never ever happens in Singapore.

Dogs and Russians - both amazing.

Hmm...not here coz we have a sizeable population who are culturally and religiously adverse to dogs.

If they were cats, do you think Singaporeans would be so tolerant? :) It actually made me think of the person who complained about a cat on a bench.

Neither will cats be tolerated because we are generally not an animal-inclined people. We are typically "kia-su" and "kia-si", so any animal that supposedly poises a threat to our survival is best got rid off. If only some of us can complain about our fellow human beings, they would!!

I like the picture of the guy reading his paper with stray dog's head touching his jacket. It shows he has confidence & tolerance (he could choose to sit elsewhere) and quite unlike the familiar scaredy kiasu/kiasi who would be screaming for dogs to be removed. Live and let live.

how nice if there's a place just for animals and responsible animal lovers to live in :)
The dog trying to get down the escalator is so cute, the poor dog must be bewildered.. but i guess it'll learn in time... :)
