(ChattahBox) — An Alabama town rallies around Sammy the cat by buying a PO Box in his name after he was evicted from the local post office. Sammy had been banned from the post office because one postal patron had complained that she was allergic to cats. Now that he has his own post office box, Sammy has received post cards, cat food, toys, and money. The food and money will be donated to the local humane society. After getting a reprieve last Friday, the same resident has filed another complaint saying she is highly allergic, and once again, the U.S. Postal Service has banned Sammy from going inside.
