More suspected abuse cases

Thanks to E_ cat for this news. It seems that more cats have been found dead in Pasir Ris and that the SPCA is investigating as well. The problem is that as we've all found, it's so difficult to find cat abusers. They often do it in the middle of the night when no one is around. Hopefully the caregivers get a break soon and are able to put an end to this.
