Feeders unconcerned

I was just speaking to a caregiver who said that there are people putting traps upstairs in a block of flats because there have been people feeding cats outside their door. The caregiver sterilised some of these cats years ago but the cats are now in trouble because of the complaints.

The caregiver spoke to several of the people who are feeding in the area. However none of them want to help. One claimed she was too busy at work. One said that it was too difficult to claim the cats back (even though the caregiver offered to go down with them). Another said that he would offer up prayers for the cats - but will not take the cats back though he told the caregivers that some of these cats were with him since they were kittens.

This is not the first time this has happened to the caregiver - because she has taken in cats before from other feeders who do not want the cats. Her own flat is getting too crowded to take in more cats.

I don't understand what's with those feeders. The cats are going to die and all they can offer after years of caring/feeding for them is "pray" and "nothing?"

A resident i spoke to recently due to a complaint told me "I AM" the problem as all the cats disappeared after I spoke to him.

I have already "warned" him that TC will trap the cats if he refused to work with us and continue to feed upstairs.

That's what happen.. He just refused to listen..

My goodness! YOU got blamed? Did he think you told the TC or something?

Yup, these people blame everyone and everything except their own "goodness". I told him I am not the one complaining, his neighbours were the ones. Then he just shut me off and refused to talk to me.
