Someone had made a little shelter for these cats. Unfortunately right next to the cats was a huge lump of food left on the pavement which was already beginning to attract flies.

It is very clean and looks like "house"-cleaning is done regularly. Some humans' homes are not half as clean ; )
Hope cats are left alone to take shelter in their 2-storeyed community house during rain.
