We talk so much about a gracious society - and here's what our Minister Mentor had to say about it in today's Straits Times. We have a ways to go - and being compassionate to animals would certainly be one indication of that.

Just heard channel 5 show Lily not feeding her cats and the complainant is James at the cattery. Another headache and bad publicity about cat feeders. If Lily lacks resources, then she must receive help asap or else the 200 cats suffer. Why so many cats thought they been rehab earlier.
Anonymous I think you mean that the person complained about was alleged not to have not fed the cats - we don't know exactly what happened and obviously there are two sides to every story. I was just sent a link about this story and will be posting it in a minute.
