Cats in bathroom

Cats in bathroom, originally uploaded by dawnkua.

Some of you may remember this case. E_Cat and Aliah were able to get into the woman's house again finally last Wednesday.

They found that most of the cats were plumper and that this cat with an eye infection was doing well too. 5 of the cats were let out to run around.

Unfortunately, 5 of the cats were back in cages, and two of them were still unsterilised. In addition, one cat had died. She had also taken all the fencing that E_Cat had put up for her to prevent the cats from falling out the window.

It seems that she had gotten the letter we had sent her last year asking to be let in, but had ignored it.

E_Cat and Aliah have asked her to adopt out half of the cats and she has agreed. CWS has agreed to pay for the two unsterilised cats. If anyone knows someone who might adopt these cats, drop me an email and I'll let E_Cat know. Thanks!

The kittens are stepping on the wire base and I am sure this causes great discomfort. How can anyone who loves cat do this to the kittens?

Maybe because she doesn't think about it? Or doesn't really want to be inconvenience - who knows? Why remove the wiring if the cats could fall and die too?

hey dawn, this is orange. i'm the one who's particularly and extremely affected by this case and the horrific toilet-case and the van-case. can you let me know here if anything, anything can be done to release these cats in small cage?? And prevent anymore future victims from this looney?at first i'm thinking if i can sponsor a bigger cage for them but that's just slapping myself. the sick looney will then add in more cats if she gets a bigger cage! please help me by letting me know here if i can do something for these cats. (anyone knows anything about the horrific cats-in-toilet case??) thanks much, orange.

She actually DID release the cats - and E_Cat went and wired up the windows so the cats would not need to be kept in. Unfortunately she decided for her own reasons to put half the cats BACK into the cage.

She signed a contract with CWS to say that in return for assistance she would not take in more cats, would be agreeable to adopting some out, etc. Some were adopted - but then she shut E_cat and Aliah out altogether. They've just gotten back into her house.

Thanks for reply. I'm quite convinced that with time, things will be as bad for the cats at this looney's place. I don't know E_Cat or Aliah. I am particularly inflicted by animal suffering relating to cruel caging up. Dawn, i still have your mobile numbers from CWS-days. Trouble you to let me know here, if i can assist E_Cat or Aliah in their effort to help these caged up cats. I'll then sms you my contact for E_Cat or/and Aliah. I am pessimistic where looneys are concerned. Poor cats. Thanks dawn. Orange

You can also email me your details and I'll forward them to E_Cat and Aliah. Thanks for offering to help Orange.

Sorry, i don't know your email address except the previous one at CWS...(and i'm an IT retard...) or do you want me to sms you? That would then be the CWS mobile numbers you last gave me. Please let me know, thanks much. -orange

By the way, i find it strange with all these pet caging businesses if these folks are not sick and cruel. i have a few cats in my tiny flat (and i have only one bath-toilet) and all windows are opened at all times. Including while i am at work and the cats are alone. I have no problem, my cats have none either. So i really cannot understand what's all this very cruel caging up??!! and i am asthmatic. >Sigh< Please release and spare these poor cats.
